We make it easy for you to order. Here’s everything you need to know:

How does shipping work?

All books ship free anywhere in the U.S.

We print on demand—your book is made just for you, then shipped out. Most orders are printed in 3–5 business days, then handed off to USPS. You’ll get a shipping email with tracking as soon as your order goes out.

How long will my order take?

Print time is usually 3–5 business days. Shipping can take another 2–7 business days, depending on your location. During holidays or peak times, printing may take a little longer. You’ll get tracking info once it’s shipped.

Can I track my order?

Yes—once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email.
If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within the United States.

What if my book arrives damaged or with a defect?

Email us a photo of the damage (or defect) contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you a replacement or offer a refund—your choice.
No need to mail anything back.

Can I return or exchange my book?

We only offer returns or exchanges for books that arrive damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered.
We can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, typos, or design preferences.
If you have a problem, email us. We’re reasonable.

Can I return a digital item?

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless you receive the wrong file or it’s corrupted. If there’s a problem, just reach out.

How do I contact you?

Contact us here for any issues, questions, or existential rants. If something’s wrong, tell us—we’ll fix it if we can. Real human. Real reply. Just a little ADHD so be patient.
